Warley Graveyard

Warley Graveyard is a part of the Green Trail through the village; a quiet place for visitors to meander and enjoy nature and to take a seat to enjoy lovely views across the valley.

WCA has an ongoing project of the planting of fruit trees, shrubs and wild flowers here to enhance the environment and encourage wildlife.

The land is maintained by volunteers from New Hope Church and it would be very helpful to all if visitors to the site do not use the bins in the graveyard for litter and dog waste but use the designated bins on the adjacent village green that are provided by Calderdale Council.
